Excellent service. Within an hour of calling Urban Pest Control John had dealt with a wasps nest in the garden. There are no signs of any wasps now but it was reassuring to know that John would come back if needed and at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

On second day of working, landscapers in our garden (22 Oct) disturbed a second wasp nest in two days. Despite having to re-jig an already packed work schedule, Josh from UPC arrived within an hour of my call and tackled and removed the nest. Excellent service delivered by professional and very personable staff. Cannot praise UPC too highly and actually they were also the best price I was quoted. Definitely now firmly on my call-out list and top of recommendations to friends and family.

Wasp Problem on the outside of the house - Phoned at 11:30; was called by Ryan 30 mins later. He was then here within 20 minutes (to be fair he was local at the time..!). Clear and knowledgeable advice given by him. Undertook the 'procedure' immediately; checked to see if it was working. Now we wait to see if they're all gone within 24-48 hours. But with the promise that he would return and re-treat if necessary (free).

We received a prompt and professional service after our distress call to deal with a Hornets nest near our front door. Andrew was very knowledgeable and gave useful advise. 24 hrs later the nest is no longer active, hurrah!

Ryan came to get rid of a wasp nest in our front garden. He turned up quickly and was really helpful. After assessing it and explaining what he could do we left him to do the job. I would definitely call this company again if I had a similar problem.

I phoned the company at lunch time for a wasp nest.
Wayne arrived mid afternoon and was quick, explained everything and had the job done in no time.
