Josh Achieves his Level 2 Award in Pest Management
Over the last few weeks a member of the Urban family, Josh, has been working hard on gaining his qualifications for working in the world of pest control. There is more to this profession than meets the eye and Josh experienced this first-hand when he attended the Killgerm RSPH/BPCA Level 2 Award in Pest Management course.
Taking place at the elegant Donnington Grove country club in Newbury, Berkshire, this course covered a wide range of aspects related to pest control management such as biology, behavior, health & safety, control of public pests, legislation as well as customer care. The course concluded with an examination which awards those who pass a professional qualification.
It was a thoroughly positive experience for Josh who felt the course was highly informative, insightful and delivered with great understanding in a professional manner by the Killgerm instructors.
