Team Urban Christmas Party
Team Urban got into the festive spirit recently as we enjoyed our annual Christmas party. Joined by Malum Pest Control’s Dean and Charles, as well as their partners, we headed to the twinkling lights of Bournemouth and started with an eventful round of mini golf.
Everybody was keen to show off their golfing skills and the brightly-lit, eighteen-hole course at Mr. Mulligans was the perfect venue. Ryea was a fantastic host, keeping the team on course whilst making sure the drinks kept flowing. We split into 3 groups which were named: The Directors and The Bird Boy, The Young Guns and The Old Man and The Newbies and Paperboy. With a winning score of 45 Matt came out on top closely followed by Charles with Wayne and Emily the best of the rest.
After hanging up our clubs we enjoyed a walk through the Christmas market in the square on our way to Wildwood. The restaurant offered the ideal setting for the evening as we enjoyed a delicious three course meal consisting of a wide variety of delights, with the Lotus biscuit cheesecake proving to be a massive hit with most of our group. We were well looked after by the general manager Agim and all his staff who were very attentive and polite. Following the meal the drinks continued and the laughter and chatter could be heard for many hours.
Matt and Kelly, directors of Urban Pest Control, believe it is important for the team and their partners to get together and enjoy each other’s company in a relaxed atmosphere. It’s a fantastic way for them to personally thank the team and recognise all of the hard work and effort that goes into providing consistently high quality pest control services for our clients throughout the year.
It has been another busy year at Urban Pest Control and 2022 will definitely go down as a great year for Team Urban. We’d like to take this opportunity to wish all of our friends, acquaintances, suppliers and especially our valued customers a Merry Christmas and best wishes for the coming New Year.
