Have used Urban Pest Control for many years until my retirement. Very affordable price, excellent friendly service and extremely thorough. Preventative measures and on the forest site where we did experience an issue once they were calm, explained the remedial work thoroughly and resolved the issue extremely quickly. Highly recommended.

Today I used Urban Pest Control to remove a wasp nest that was located in my loft. Ollie arrived within 24hrs of my initial enquiry. He was super polite, respectful of my carpets (wearing shoe covers) very tidy, leaving no mess in the loft and extremely professional. Ollie was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions, explaining how the nests were built and then checked out the rest of the loft to make sure there were no further nests within the loft space. I highly recommend this company. David

Kelly and Matt at Urban Pest Control provided an excellent and thorough assessment of the rat problem at our block of flats. They clearly identified the rat routes and put the correct pest control strategies in place to tackle the issue effectively. Their knowledge and professionalism gave us real confidence, and most importantly, the problem was fully resolved. After my husband phoned to say we had a wasps nest in our garden wall. They sent someone round within a couple of hours. The pest controller called Ryan explained the procedure very clearly and did a great job. We would definitely recommend him and this company

Highly recommend this company - fast response very informative and knowledgable operative Ryan who fully explained the process and made sure we were all safe even the cats when we had a wasps nest close to our front door. We are very pleased with the service that Matt provided - with a little good fortune of him being nearby when we called, the problem wasp infestation was sorted in less than an hour from discovery to treatment. We also appreciated the peace of mind from the guarantee that comes with the treatment. An excellent, prompt and efficient service from Urban Pest Control.
